AI Photo Analysis Notice

Poise sends OpenAI the selected outfit photo, selected or custom context, app language, relevant prior score and verdict where needed, and system instructions for safety, scoring, feedback, premium analysis, or an optional edited preview.

Do not include sensitive information about yourself or another person in a custom context.

The system first checks whether the image is usable and safe. It may then interpret the requested social setting, evaluate visible garments, color harmony, fit, proportion, context suitability, and practical details, and produce a score and explanation.

Premium analysis may recommend changing an accessory, bag, top, trousers, skirt, dress, footwear, or outerwear. If requested, an image model creates a simulated preview of that recommendation.

Poise rejects photos with a child or minor, explicit nudity or sexual content, no person, non-human subjects, unreadable outfits, or no clear adult outfit subject. A group-centered photo may be rejected; incidental background people are accepted only when the adult subject can be isolated safely.

Safety checks are automated and may make mistakes. A rejection is not a statement about the person in the photo.

The AI may estimate formality, social situation, dress expectations, practical needs, style direction, color direction, and visible garment relationships solely to answer the style request. These are uncertain, temporary inferences and are not added as verified profile facts.

Poise does not perform facial recognition, identify people, create biometric templates, or intentionally infer sensitive traits. It does not score beauty, personal worth, health, race, religion, sexuality, or employability.

Poise disables Responses API application-state storage and does not keep ordinary analysis photos as a server gallery. In-memory result cache lasts up to 1 hour. OpenAI states API data is not used for training by default, while abuse-monitoring data may be kept for up to 30 days.

Scores or results saved to My Looks stay locally on your device. A photo is retained for Top Looks only after a separate, explicit Top Looks consent under the Privacy Policy.

AI output can be subjective, inaccurate, culturally incomplete, inconsistent, or delayed. Edited previews may alter details, anatomy, texture, fit, or identity cues despite instructions to preserve the person and scene.

Use the result as optional style guidance. You may cancel before sending, decline consent, avoid previews, remove local results, or delete your account. Material changes to this processing require consent under a new policy version.
