1. How Poise Uses Photos

When you upload a photo, Poise analyzes the visible outfit and styling elements to generate feedback.

This may include evaluating clothing, color harmony, fit, formality, occasion match, and overall presentation.

Photos are processed for the purpose of generating outfit analysis and related features.

2. What Poise Does NOT Do

Poise does not perform facial recognition.

Poise does not attempt to identify who you are.

Poise does not verify identity or match you with external databases.

Poise does not intentionally infer sensitive personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, religion, health condition, or sexual orientation.

3. AI-Generated Results

Poise uses artificial intelligence to generate style scores, verdicts, tags, and recommendations.

These outputs are generated automatically and may be subjective, imperfect, or inaccurate.

Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, angle, styling, and selected context.

Poise outputs are intended for informational and stylistic guidance only.

4. Photo Processing

Photos may be processed by Poise systems and trusted AI service providers to generate analysis results.

Processing may occur temporarily and may involve secure transmission to external AI infrastructure.

Poise does not sell your photos and does not use them to train public AI models.

5. User Control

You choose whether to upload a photo.

You may choose whether to participate in public features such as Top Looks or rankings.

You can decline optional permissions such as location access.

6. Limitations

Poise does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of analysis.

The system may misinterpret visual information.

Outfit feedback is influenced by context and may differ across use cases.

7. Responsible Use

You should not rely on Poise for critical decisions related to identity, employment, relationships, health, or finances.

Poise is designed for style exploration and feedback, not for judgment or evaluation of individuals.
