Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how Poise premium subscriptions work, including billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Premium Access

Poise may offer paid premium features in addition to its free functionality. Features may evolve over time.

2. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are processed through your store account or the Poise website (poise.style). Payments are handled by the respective provider.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

4. Managing & Cancelling

Manage subscriptions through your store account settings or your Poise account (for web purchases processed via Stripe).

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the purchase platform. Web purchases may be reviewed via support@poise.style.

6. Free Trials

Trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled.

7. Price Changes

Pricing may change in accordance with platform policies.

8. Limitations

Premium features do not guarantee results. AI output may vary.

9. Account Requirement

Some features require an active account.

10. Platform Policies

Platform rules override where applicable.
