Subscription Terms

New subscriptions are sold only through Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat helps Poise verify the store entitlement but does not replace the store as seller or billing provider.

Poise access is Trial Active, Premium Active, or Inactive. Premium features require a currently active store entitlement and remain subject to safety and fair-use limits.

A seven-day free trial is offered only when Apple or Google confirms that the account is eligible. If the store reports that the account is not eligible, Poise will not present the trial as available.

Unless canceled, an eligible trial automatically converts to the monthly subscription shown in the store. The store screen controls the final price, currency, tax, billing date, and offer terms; a price shown elsewhere is only informational.

The subscription renews automatically for successive monthly periods unless canceled through the Apple or Google account settings before the store's renewal deadline.

Canceling during the trial does not remove access immediately: Trial Active continues until the trial expiry supplied by the store. Canceling a paid subscription similarly keeps Premium Active until the paid period ends.

Use Restore Purchases in Poise after reinstalling, changing devices, or when access is not recognized. The store account used for the purchase must be available.

Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting a Poise account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in the store first.

Terms such as unlimited mean there is no separate charge per eligible analysis; technical, safety, anti-abuse, daily, and monthly fair-use limits still apply as disclosed in the Terms of Use or app.

Poise may change features or limits prospectively. Store-required notice or consent applies to material price or renewal changes, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
