Poise is an AI-powered outfit feedback application. Users can upload outfit photos, select a context such as work, date, gym, event, casual, dinner, or party, and receive AI-generated style feedback.

Poise may provide a style score, short verdict, tags, improvement suggestions, and premium stylist analysis.

Poise is intended for style and outfit feedback only. It does not provide professional fashion consulting, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or identity verification.

You may use some features of Poise without creating an account. However, certain features such as My Looks, premium access, and subscriptions may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

You must not provide false, misleading, or unauthorized information when creating an account.

Photos and any content you upload are considered User Content.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to upload it, have obtained any necessary consent from individuals appearing in the photo, and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You may not upload abusive, illegal, explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, or harmful content.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

You may not use Poise to harass, abuse, threaten, shame, or harm others.

You may not upload photos of other people without their consent.

You may not upload illegal, explicit, hateful, violent, exploitative, or harmful content.

You may not exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, automate, or misuse the service.

You may not use Poise output for discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful decisions.

Poise reserves the right to restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

Poise uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit analysis.

AI-generated outputs may be subjective, inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by image quality, lighting, selected context, cultural differences, or other factors.

Poise outputs are provided for guidance and style-related purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy.

Poise does not perform facial recognition or attempt to identify individuals.

My Looks allows users to view past analyses, results, or visual references.

Data may be stored locally on your device or associated with your account depending on how the feature is implemented.

You are responsible for securing your device and account.

Poise may offer features such as Top Looks, Country Top Looks, Daily Top 10, Weekly Top 10, or similar ranking and showcase systems.

Participation in these features is optional and requires your explicit consent.

If you choose to submit content, it may be displayed publicly with limited non-identifying information such as score, tags, context, country, or ranking position.

Poise reserves the right to select, rank, moderate, hide, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or community standards.

Poise may request location access for features such as Country Top Looks or regional rankings.

Location data is collected only with your permission.

You may disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Poise does not need your precise address for outfit analysis.

Poise may offer premium features through paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions may be managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another supported payment provider.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform provider.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Poise may impose usage limits, such as daily analysis limits, for free users, guest users, or certain account types.

Usage limits may change over time to protect service quality, prevent abuse, or support product development.

Poise and its design, software, interface, branding, text, visual language, systems, and content are owned by Poise or its licensors.

Using Poise does not give you ownership of the app, software, brand, or underlying technology.

Your uploaded content remains yours. By uploading content, you grant Poise a limited license to process, display, store, and use that content as necessary to operate the service, generate analysis, provide requested features, and, only with your explicit consent, display content in public features such as Top Looks.

Poise may provide mechanisms for reporting inappropriate, harmful, or unauthorized content.

You may contact us at support@poise.style to report content that you believe violates these Terms or your rights.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or review content that violates these Terms, community standards, or applicable law.

Poise may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may make changes for security, legal, technical, product, or business reasons.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, upload prohibited content, or create risk for Poise, other users, or third parties.

Poise is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that Poise will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Poise outputs are provided as guidance and do not constitute a guarantee, professional advice, or final judgment.

You are responsible for how you use the results provided by Poise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities, resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your use of Poise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes relating to Poise or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
