Terms of Use

Poise may create a technical anonymous Supabase account before you register. Access is represented only as Trial Active, Premium Active, or Inactive. There is no Guest or Free analysis plan.

You are responsible for protecting your device and login methods. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass subscription, safety, rate-limit, or access controls.

Poise evaluates the visible outfit for the context you choose or describe. Custom context is interpreted on its own terms and is not silently reduced to one of the preset contexts.

AI scores, explanations, and edited previews are subjective and may be wrong, inconsistent, delayed, or visually distorted. They are style suggestions, not facts about your value, body, identity, health, or suitability for employment or another important decision.

Generated previews are simulations. Do not treat them as an exact promise of fit, appearance, product availability, or real-world outcome.

Upload only a photo that you have the right to use and that shows you or another consenting adult. Do not upload a photo containing a minor, explicit nudity or sexual content, unlawful material, harassment, or another person's confidential information.

The photo should have one clear adult outfit subject. Group-centered, unreadable, non-human, unsafe, or out-of-scope images may be rejected. Background people may still cause a rejection when the system cannot safely isolate the adult subject.

Do not place sensitive personal data about yourself or others in a custom context. You retain ownership of your content and grant Poise only the limited rights needed to process it and provide the selected feature.

Top Looks is optional. If you consent, the photo and related score, context, tags, approximate country, and ranking may be shown to other signed-in Poise users through short-lived image links. Account name and email are hidden, but the photo can still identify you.

You grant Poise a revocable, non-exclusive license to host and display that submission for Top Looks. Removing the look ends new display and starts deletion subject to the Privacy Policy's short technical retention period.

Premium features require an active store entitlement. Purchases, eligible trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are governed by the Subscription Terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

Descriptions such as unlimited mean there is no per-analysis purchase, not unrestricted automated use. Current safety ceilings are 5 short analyses per minute, 40 per day and 500 per month; 3 premium analyses per 5 minutes, 15 per day and 150 per month; 2 previews per 10 minutes, 3 per day and 12 per month; and 12 Top Looks AI operations per 10 minutes, 12 per day and 320 per month. User Top Looks submissions are normally limited to 2 per day.

We may temporarily reduce, block, or investigate use that threatens service availability, safety, security, or cost integrity.

We may change models, scoring, features, limits, or availability. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, prohibited content, security risk, non-payment, or material breach.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Poise is provided as available without a guarantee that every result will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain controlling. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Material updates may require a new acceptance.
